PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS To quick thaw shrimp, place frozen shrimp into a strainer and rinse with cold running water for approximately 6–8 minutes. To boil shrimp, bring large pot of water to boil. Add thawed shrimp. Cook for 4–5 minutes until shrimp are fully cooked and opaque. Drain. Serve warm or refrigerate to chill. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F before serving
