PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS To thaw, remove steaks from vacuum wrap. Place in a bowl of cool water until completely thawed or place in refrigerator for 24 hours until thawed. Cook immediately after thawing. This item is best prepared when grilled. Preheat grill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place tuna steaks on grill and cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until fish flakes when pierced and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
