PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS To avoid foodborne illness, it is necessary to cook seafood to an internal temperature of 145°F for 15 seconds until the flesh is opaque and flaky.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS To thaw, remove medallions from vacuum wrap. Place in a bowl of cool water until completely thawed or place in refrigerator for 24 hours until thawed. Cook immediately after thawing. This tuna steak is best prepared by grilling to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
