Our Argentine red shrimp are highly sought-after for their firm, succulent texture with a sweet, buttery flavor that’s comparable to lobster meat. When cooked, the meat is white with bright red coloring. Each shrimp is individually quick frozen and bag packed for optimal freshness and convenience.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS For quick thaw, place frozen shrimp into a strainer and rinse with cold water for approximately 2-3 minutes. Drain and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes. These quick cook shrimp are best prepared by boiling or grilling. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F before serving.
