Pre-split shells make them easy to peel either before cooking or after. Each shrimp is individually quick frozen and packaged in a resealable bag for for optimal freshness.

ALLERGEN STATEMENT Crustacean Shellfish (shrimp)
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS To quick thaw shrimp, place frozen shrimp into a strainer and rinse with cold running water for approximately 6–8 minutes. Drain and cook. To boil shrimp, bring large pot of water to boil. Add thawed shrimp. Cook for 4–5 minutes until shrimp are fully cooked and opaque. Drain. Serve warm or refrigerate to chill. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F before serving.
