Sea Best Chilean Sea Bass portions are skinless, boneless, all natural and wild caught off the coast of Chile. Also known as Patagonian Toothfish, Chilean sea bass is a white fish with rich, buttery tasting meat. The texture of this fish is firm, and it has large, tender flakes of meat. Each portion is individually vacuum packaged for optimal freshness and convenience.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS To thaw, remove from packaging and place under refrigeration for up to 24 hours. Prepare immediately. Chilean Sea Bass is delicious baked, poached, sautéed or grilled. Cook fish until an internal temperature of 145 degrees F is reached.
