PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS This fish tastes delicious baked, broiled, pan-seared, grilled or poached. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS Due to the nature of this particular fish, it is recommended to cook from frozen. To thaw, remove fillets from vacuum wrap. Place fillets in bowl of cool water until completely thawed or place in refrigerator for 24 hours until thawed. Pink Salmon is delicious baked, broiled, grilled, or poached. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
