PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS Mussels can be cooked directly from frozen but for best results it is recommended to thaw first. Place covered mussels under refrigeration for 8-10 hours or until completely thawed. Run under cold water for 10-20 minutes, then prepare by grilling, baking or steaming until an internal temperature of 145 degree F has been reached.
