PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS Remove from packaging and thaw under refrigeration for up to 24 hours or until thawed. To prepare lobster meat, heat skillet over medium heat, add water and butter to the pan. Bring it to a boil, then turn heat down to low. Place the meat into the water, making sure that it's all covered with the butter/water mix. Let the meat cook for 4-6 minutes or until firm and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
