PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Thaw under refrigeration. Lobster meat is fully cooked.Use immediately after thawing.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS Thaw lobster knuckle and claw meat under refrigeration for up to 24 hours or until completely frozen. Prepare immediately. Lobster Tail meat is best prepared by sauteing, grilling or even frying. Cook until an internal temperature of 145 degrees is reached.
