The strip steaks are cut from USDA Choice grade beef, raised and processed in the USA, ensuring consistent quality. Strip Steaks have a rich flavor and a firm, tender texture. This cut of beef is perfectly marbled so it stays tender and juicy during cooking. Our spiny lobster tails are wild caught in the pristine waters of Nassau, in the only MSC Certified fishery of the Bahamas, and processed at the peak of freshness. They are filled with succulent white meat that has a firm texture with a mild and sweet flavor. Each lobster tail is individually quick frozen and poly bagged and each strip steak is individually vacuum packed and frozen for optimum freshness and convenience.
