PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS Thaw completely under refrigeration before cooking. These flounder fillets are perfect when sautéed, steamed or roasted. Fillets are excellent sautéed with a coating of flour or light breading to crisp the soft flesh and prevent them from falling apart. Cook until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached.
