PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS Remove from packaging and thaw under refrigeration. To prepare, preheat oven to 425°F. Place stuffed flounder on lightly greased baking sheet and baste with butter or oil. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
