PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS Remove fillets from vacuum wrap. Place in refrigerator for approximately 24 hours or until thawed. Use immediately after thawing. This fish is best prepared by deep frying or baking. To deep fry, heat oil in fryer to 350 degrees F. Dredge catfish fillets in seasoned breading mixture. Place single layer of catfish fillets in fryer. Fry for approximately 2.5 - 3.5 minutes until golden brown or internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
