Our system is built in accordance with the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP), and the Global Seafood Alliance (GSA) Seafood Processing Standard (SPS), ensuring consistent product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all operations.

Our sanitation program uses aqueous ozone technology, reflecting our commitment to top-tier cleanliness while reducing chemical use. Microbiological testing is integral to our food safety program. As part of our validation process, we conduct routine environmental monitoring of equipment and personnel as well as the use of ATP Bioluminescence.
