Our Argentine red shrimp are highly sought-after for their firm, succulent texture with a sweet, buttery flavor that’s comparable to lobster meat. When cooked, the meat is white with bright red coloring. Pre-split shells make them easy to peel either before cooking or after. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS Shrimp should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. For quick thaw, place frozen shrimp into a strainer and rinse with cold water for approximately 6-8 minutes. Drain and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes. These quick cook shrimp are best prepared by boiling or grilling until an internal temperature of 145 degrees F is reached.
